Cancellation and Returns

These terms follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. Nothing here reduces any right the law gives you.

Your 14 day cancellation right

Because you are buying online, you may cancel your order from the moment it is placed and up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods, or from the day you receive this disclosure document, whichever is later.

How to cancel

Send us your name, order number and the reason for cancelling by email to [TO FILL: support email] or by phone to +972 52 426 1843. We will confirm in writing.

Cancellation fee

Where you cancel for a reason other than a fault, we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, as the regulations permit. Return shipping is at your expense.

Condition of returned goods

Our products are skincare, so hygiene limits what we can accept back. Please return items unused and with the original seal unbroken. Opening a sealed product to inspect it does not cost you your rights, but a product that has been used cannot be resold and we cannot accept it unless it is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, or if we fail to deliver on time, you pay no cancellation fee. You get a full refund including delivery, and we arrange and pay for collection.

Refund timing

We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to the same payment method you used.

Extended right for certain customers

If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen aged 65 or over, or a new immigrant within three years of immigrating, you may cancel within four months of the transaction, provided the sale involved a conversation with us, including online. Please send a copy of the relevant certificate or identity document.

Exceptions set by the regulations

The right of cancellation does not apply to perishable goods, to goods made specially to your order, or to any other category the regulations exclude.
